In this day and age,the average attention span is the size of a protozoa.Most modern music reflects this phenomenon. The good music is out there,you just have to find it. I listen to anything that reflects quality and ingenuity,which negates anything on the radio.To name a few: Deltron 3030,Buddy Guy,Franz Ferdinand,The White Stripes,Mozart,Motown,everything in between.
Movies
Anything with Christopher Walkin(my favorite) or Kevin Spacey. Anything directed by Tarantino,(my favorite director of all time)The Coen Brothers,Kevin Smith.Foreign films,old school kung fu movies,the list goes on.
Television
With the exception of sports,and a few stations,I believe that television rots your brain,robs you of creativity,and makes you fuckin' lazy.
Books
I am an avid reader of self-development /personal success books. Any book that gets me thinking,gets me off my ass, and makes me a successful and developed person is cool with me. give off signs without saying a word......fascinating stuff.

In this day and age when most men are whiny little out of shape pussies,there are some real men still out there who are representing our chromosomes just nicely. First and foremost, Lance Armstrong. What more could be said about this machine/athlete that hasnt already been said? Anyone who can overcome such extreme adversity,kick it in the nuts, and bitch-slap it is ok in my book,he is a true American hero and
a warrior. Aaron Ralston, for those you who don't know who he is, he's the guy who was trapped for 5 days in a gorge with his arm pinned under a boulder. When most people would have thrown in the towel he made the ultimate sacrifice by cutting off his own arm and walking 8 miles to safety.
These are men that push our species forward instead of these soft-belly couch
potatoes that cant even take the stairs instead of the elevator without getting
winded.
