Born in 2000 in Reims (France), BIO-TONIC
is Jerome Lecoq (30 years old) and Julien Lecoq (28),
two french brothers. After acting as a trio for 7 years with their friend J. Brizard , the brothers are now keeping on acting as a duo.
They have released four albums on Solstice Music :
Elektrik Colors (2001), On the Rox (2003),
Divina (2004) and Klash (2006).
Some Bio-tracks became very famous ("the 3rd link",
"play it", "on the rox" remixed by GMS and
more recently "fly away").
The duo also releases tracks on various labels
(Spirit Zone, Flow records, Etnicanet, TIP, Agitato
and many more).
Their impressive Live-Act has been a huge sucess in
Japan for many years, as well as in many countries
around the globe such as UK, Spain, Greece, France, Switzerland,
Russia, Brazil, Mexico, Portugal...
Now living in Japan, they've established their
headquarters in Tokyo.
Involved in other music projects, they made two
tracks for the famous video game Tourist Trophy on
Playstation 2, and they created an electro project in 2008 :
Broz.Korp, which is becoming a respected live-act on the
electro scene.
Bio-Tonic is cooking a new album for 2008.
Their new live-act is going to be a bomb in the world of
psychedelic parties this year.
Groovy and melodic, the new Bio-Tonic sound is a melting
of deep emotions with a stylish french touch... definitely full-on.
As they always did by the past, they keep on composing original
music, far away from monotonous trance tracks and affirming
their own style.
