Movies
I like watching movies from time to time, but I honestly believe I haven't ever been totally swept away and captivated by any movie. The same applies for theater, I might enjoy going to see a play, but I don't like the pretentious aura which surrounds theatre ever so often. Music meanwhile is another matter for me :)
Television
Don't be fooled to think it's all bad, because that's what you're supposed to say and think :) A good documentary or interview goes a much longer way than most movies.
Books
Reading is crucial, be it books, magazines or anything which makes you think and sparks your interest, makes you feel inspired and elevated.
Heroes
I really don't idolize anyone, but I might respect someone for what they've done and achieved. I try to treat everyone equally well.

Enjoying Declasse and Processory very much! Also, I had the opportunity to see Heima at a local theater yesterday and was awestruck, need to plan a jaunt to Iceland and play the drums on 100-year-old rhubarb and make a marimba from rocks!
