Pastor, author, recording artist, entrepreneur, speaker, Brian Anderson-Payne was placed in a chair to preach his first sermon before age 10. More than 25 years later, many find comfort, guidance and answers in the sermons preached by this psychological type preacher.
In April of 2008 he was consecrated "1st Assistant Presiding Bishop" of the Universal Christian Organized Fellowship (UCOF)
Early Years
Bishop Payne was born in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1972 and raised in the very high spirited church of Universal Ministries Worldwide, under the pastoral leadership of his uncle Apostle William Payne and the musical leadership of his brother, Rev. Clarence Payne.
BAPM
Bishop Payne is CEO of Brian Anderson-Payne Ministries, Inc., a nonprofit organization that he and his wife, Pastor Ruby began in 2001. The organization umbrellas four significant events:
• A Shepherds Song – A musical concert given with all lead vocals being performed by senior pastors.
• Body of Christ Family Reunion (BOCFR) – an interdenominational worship service that provides an opportunity for diverse Christians to come together in unity. One goal of the service is to show nonbelievers that the differences within Christianity don’t eliminate our connection through Christ blood.
• Out Tha’ Box (OTB) – This ministry aims to destroy the mental prisons that prevent abundant, productive lifestyles. Events and activities that step outside the normal routine of life are experienced. This ministry is based on the premise that “exposure increases appetite!
• Hagar’s Heart – a conference/program designed to provide healing, identification, education and direction to single mothers.
SOTECM
In 2005, Brian & Ruby Anderson-Payne founded SOTECM (Salt of the Earth Christian Ministries). SOTECM’s purpose follows Matthew 5:13, which imparts the believer’s responsibility to be salt and impact all we touch. SOTECM’s mission follows Romans 12:2 that suggest our lives are transformed only as our minds are renewed.
AUTHOR
Bishop Payne is a published author and consistently writes articles for the Worshipping Warriors magazine. In 2008, he completed & released his first book, The Music of the Message”.
MUSIC
Bishop Payne wrote, produced and performed his first recording in 1986 and his second in 1992. Since then Rodnie Bryant (Tyscot records), Edwin Hawkins, Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, Georgia Mass Choir, GMWA Youth Choir, are a few artist that have recorded/performed his music. In 2007 he recorded his first full length live gospel CD.

Giving your life to God is not like giving your life to selfish self, or the devil, where the guidance is insecure, & disastrous. Who is better to tell you some things about yourself, than your maker. He knows your beginning to the end.
Though we may not understand the process, the END is what matters to God. We may make a mess of things, or feel life is futile at times, but faith in knowing that we serve a FAITHFUL GOD, should enable us to trust him to bring forth the goodness in our lives.
He said ‘his word cannot return to him void.’ The word he placed in you when he made you & said let there be ‘YOU’ is the word he intends to bring to completion in your life if ‘you seek & obey him with all your heart’ DON’T MISS being the vessel you were created to be & loose out on life’s satisfaction.
Pay no attention to what the world & others dictates, or their pace & pattern i.e. Society & Media pressure. Rather ‘draw close to God, & he will draw close to you’ to show you the unique plan he has for YOUR life. He may not do things the way we want it, but that is because we cannot see what he can.
A few examples being: You might be wishing for SOMETHING or SOMEONE who would not work well with you, or for you. You may want something you are not fully trained to have yet, & to receive it prematurely could ruin both you & the blessing. Someone else could be in position, & God has to run the course to work his end plan both in their lives & yours; (Saul & David) (The Amorites, & God people Gen 15:16) after all Gods objective is always to save lives. There could be generational curses, habits, etc, & the spirit of God wants to reveal the truth of your hindrances to you for cleansing, healing & forwar
Thought I would drop off a reminder: Word for today:
THE WAY - TO THE PERFECT WILL OF GOD FOR YOUR LIFE
The choice is ours: Romans 12: 2
We are called to be different/the opposite of the world. THIS WORLD IS NOT OUR HOME, DON’T FEEL PRESSURED TO LIVE LIKE IT IS
Conforming, means us allowing something to change us to be like, act, or copy it. (This is FAKE, not the real you, you have just bought into a lie that will never last or lead you into your rightful place.) The world works from outwards desensitizing us within, so that we become blind, & deaf to the things of God, & so that we may follow it. (Wonder who’s behind this?)
God tells us to go the opposite way of the world, & we will find him there. Be transformed by the renewing of our minds. God operates via his spirit to our hearts & minds, revealing his goodness, which teaches us to be more like him each day. Our minds tell our bodies what to do. What we feed it, is what comes out. God wants us to be transformed, from within, so that it becomes a natural healthy part of us which will be reflected on the outside – our thoughts, words & deeds. (This is the real you, the GENUINE person God created you to be.)
He further goes on to say do this so: that you may prove what is the good acceptable & perfect will of God. You cannot understand the things of God & his perfect will for your life without HIM, without doing things his way. His way leads you to his PERFECT WILL + life’s fulfilment = eternal life. The world’s way leads you to its way= temporary pleasures, + wages of sins = DEATH.
Follow God’s lead via your spirit & HIS, & allow what HE shows your heart & mind, to become your reality = TRUE LIFE.
All Men listen up!!! Let’s go back & restate your claim. Bring back the close connection -You are valued!!!
You are the Adam:
• who was Gods first thought when he created earth, & said lets make man in our image, after our likeness.
• whom God provided all your needs: a home, food & something to do, when he placed you in the garden to tend & care for it.
• God thought should not be alone, & made a woman from your own good self, so you may remember to cleave to her because you are one flesh.
• God blessed & placed you on earth to name the animals, to be fruitful, multiply, replenish, subdue it & have dominion over everything on it.
God entrusted a lot into your care. He must think highly of you & your capabilities to do what he created you to do. He made you, breathe LIFE into you, created another LIFE from you, so that together you may bring forth even more LIFE on the earth which he also gave you legal authority over - to rule.
So then don’t you think it’s time you take back your birthright from the enemy who stole the gift of LIFE God gave you & your authority to rule even now over your own intimate affairs? Take back the lives God entrusted you to care for by walking close to him again, allowing God’s lead on choosing a Godly wife, to produce Godly children who will become Godly men & women of tomorrow = Godly earth/world. Then God will bring to you a wife whom you can look after as you would your own body, because she will love & support you. Ever wonder why God hold you so accountable for these things? He invested in you, you are fully equipped.
You are not asked to change the world, (Jesus has that covered) just what God entrust in your care. You might not be able to reverse hardship & physical death, but you certainly can play your God given role in your personal lives, and win back spiritual lives by choosing how and whom you make that life with.
All Ladies listen up!!! Let’s go back & restate your claim. Bring back the Godly standards-You are valued!!!!
You are the EVE:
• God made from the rib of the husband He created in HIS own image just for you.
• God gave to your Adam, so that he may leave his father & mother, to cleave to YOU & become one flesh.
• God blessed & placed in the Garden to become help meet to your personalised Adam, so you two may be fruitful, multiply, replenish the earth, subdue it & have dominion over everything on earth.
• who is blessed to become a mother of life; be it a physical or spiritual baby/blessing.
So what about the forbidden fruit? lol
Well it’s like this we all have our own forbidden fruit that God tells us not to eat of. Perhaps the thing we desire most to have, but God says: ‘DO NOT TOUCH/DON’T GO THERE’ or we will die. PLEASE ladies listen to God & reverse the curse.
Do not let the devil infect your womb, & cause your labour pain & suffering to be increased, due to wrongful relationships. It is natural that you will desire & crave a/your husband, YOU ARE APART OF HIM, but do not let the yearning desire for him, consume you to the point of desperation. Do not let the yearning desire for your husband to love you the way he ought to, be replaced with a cold ruler ship relationship. (Support him).
DON’T FORGET the devil hated you then, & even more so now. God put enmity between you & him; your seed & his seed. (So look after your womb the devil is after it).
The gifts of God come with no pain or sorrows, obey his word, & rebuke any contrary spirit that tries to enter or lead you astray from what God has for you. If you keep on delighting yourself in God, you will find that what you are asking him for he wants to give it to you anyway, just at the right time. JUST WAIT UPON THE LORD and HE WILL RENEW YOUR STRENGTH.
Has God whispered something far fetched in your ear?
YOUR CHANGE HAS COME.
Did he tell you a super ridiculous plan that in your eyes seems unattainable? One that you like but cannot see how it could possibly be?
Then God is ready to move on your behalf. Hold on just a little while longer. He doesn’t want you to help him out like Sarah or Rebekah. He wants his glory to shine through you and the gift, so all will know you are his people for you belong to him.
He knew years before you were even born that you would be oppressed, persecuted, held back, held down and in bondage for a season, but the time is come for your deliverance.
Moses was sent ahead to inform you and to give your oppressors time to change their ways, but now God is coming directly for you because your enemies’ time is spent.
Have you been broken, battered, & bruised through life’s journey?
Have you suffered the consequences of yours/others mistakes, mishaps, misfortune; been discouraged, disappointed, disheartened etc…?
THEN THIS IS GOD'S DESIRE FOR YOU
Guaranteed success
It is not Gods will that any should perish.
Do not worship any other gods besides HIM’.
Remain in HIM and HE in you. As the branch can't bear fruit by itself, unless it remains in the vine, so neither can you, unless you remain in HIM.
Delight yourself in HIM & HE will give you the desires of your heart.
It is impossible to please God without Faith.
So do what he tells you no matter how difficult, painful or long it seems. Hold unto his every word, & live according to it, because the word he whispered in your ear when you first met HIM is the word he pronounced over your life when he placed you into your mothers womb.
If you want to live a fulfilled life in this world & the next; then obey everything God tells you to do, & watch him soar through every area of your life.

There is no greater joy than to live the life God created you to live & then leave this world saying ‘It is finished’ Father take me home.
TO KNOW GOD IS TO LOVE HIM = LOVE YOURSELF AND OTHERS.
