About / sobre BITCH BROS:
Started in 2002 influenced by the Techno scene from Sao Paulo, Brasil, and after a long period working on many subjects such as making electronic music events and forums, the brazillian duo Bitch Bros, reflects exactly the age of fulltime entertainment and sex appeal we live now: Videogames, internet, movies, tv, cartoons, magazines and all kinds of media.
Having an uncommon characteristic of production and presentation, the style created by them shows as hard, involving and dancing with progressive and groove sounds combined with the strength of Detroit/Funky Techno. All this combines together with a powerfull presentation, with floor feeling and involving rhythm.
Represented in full time by the professional audio editor and the only genuine Techno DJ in activity on Espírito Santo state in Brasil, MARCELO ANDRES DOMANCICH together with SYBEL CALMON, internationally recognised House/Electronic musician, composer and DJ, the duo Bitch Bros imprints on the many floors they have already played - either in Marcelo’s alone djset most part of the time, or in their live+dj set or 4decks performance together - an agressive and almost revolutionary, but even thus dancing and involving style: the Funky/Groovy/Prog/Electro-Techno, or as they prefer to call: The Neo-Techno!
They have already showed their energy on many electronic scenes from Brasil where they are from, and also other countries, such as Barcelona and Madrid in Spain, Milano in Italy, Rosario and Buenos Aires in Argentina and others around, acquiring good capabilities on floor mooving.
They have until now 7 EP releases on the following labels: Keep On Techno Records (Croatia), AZRA Digital Records (Netherlands), Vezotonik Records (Slovenija), Abnormal Behavior Records (Greece) plus several others as mastering engineers on RELDZ Records (USA/Europa) and to Marcelo's friend, the DJ Wyrus (Co-Founder of KEEP ON TECHNO), together and beside artists such as: T.Pulse, Veztax, Wyrus, Valentino Kanzyani, Umberto Carmignani, Reaky, C-Cystem, Odessa Soundfreaks, Misjah, Bando, Jumpboy, Killians, Edy C. and many many other important names! They have also created the digital label called GUILHOTINA RECORDS, managed together with their partner and friend DJ Quadrini, and run a program on FM radio every thursday, called Guilhotina Hitech on Univetsitária FM 104,7. Iniciada em 2002 por influência da cena mundial de techno, a dupla brasileira Bitch Bros reflete exatamente a era do entretenimento e do apelo sexual em que vivemos atualmente: videogames, multimídia, internet e televisão. Tudo traduzido em música para as pistas.
Tendo uma característica de produção e discotecagem direfente do comum, o estilo musical criado assim por Bitch Bros mostra-se forte, envolvente, dançante e com levadas houseadas, progressivas e misturadas ao groove do Detroit e do Funky Techno. Tudo se combina numa apresentação de presença de palco e ritmo envolvente.
Representado em tempo integral pelo editor profissional de áudio MARCELO ANDRÉS DOMANCICH (atualmente o único DJ genuinamente de Techno em atividade no ES) juntamente com o internacionalmente consagrado DJ e produtor musical SYBEL CALMON, o Projeto Bitch Bros consegue imprimir nas pista - seja com Marcelo interpretando na forma de DJSet ou Sybel e Marcelo em uma mistura de live+DjSet ou performance em 4 Decks - um estilo agressivo e revolucionário, mas ao mesmo tempo dançante e envolvente de mistura Funky/Groovy/Prog/Electro-Techno, ou como eles mesmo preferem chamar: o NEO TECHNO.
A partir de 2004, iniciaram suas apresentações em diversos cenários da música eletrônica brasileira e internacional - ES, BA, RJ e SP, no Brasil, Barcelona e Madri na Espanha, Milao na Itália, Rosario e Buenos Aires, Argentina -, inicialmente em eventos de pequeno porte e pequenas privates e posteriormente em eventos significativos e ao lado de grandes nomes da cena local e nacional.
Sua discografia conta até o momento com 7 EPs lançados nas gravadoras : Keep On Techno Records (Croácia), AZRA Digital Records (Holanda), Vezotonik Records (Eslovênia), Abnormal Behavior Records (Grécia), e varios outros como editor de masterizaçao na gravadora RELDZ Records (USA/Europa), estando ao lado de artistas como T.Pulse, Veztax, Wyrus, Valentino Kanzyani, Umberto Carmignani, Reaky, C-Cystem, Odessa Soundfreaks, Misjah, Bando, Jumpboy, Killians, Edy C. alem de alguns releases como editores de masterizaçao, entre muitos outros. Criaram também a gravadora digital GUILHOTINA RECORDS, gerenciada em conjunto com seu parceiro e amigo, o DJ Quadrini, e executam semanalmente as quintas um programa de rádiochamado Guilhotina Hitech na Univetsitária FM 104,7. Iniciado en 2002 por influência de la escena de Techno de Sao Paulo, Brasil y despues de muchos estudios y trabajos el lo que dice respecto a organizacion de eventos de musica electronica, el proyecto brasilero llamado BITCH BROS refleja exatamente la era de entretenimientos y de apelacion sexual en que vivimos actualmente: Videojuegos, internet, películas, tele, cartoons, revistas, multimedios diversos, propaganda, etc etc.
Teniendo una característica de producciones y de presentaciónes fuera de lo comun, el estilo creado de esa forma por Bitch Bros suena bastante pulsantes, con gran potencia de graves, sonidos progresivos y grooves combinados con la fuerza del Detroit y del Funky-Techno. Todo esto se combina en una presentación con presencia en pista y de ritmo desarrollado.
Representado en tiempo integral por el edictor profesional de audio MARCELO ANDRES DOMANCICH (actualmente el único DJ genuinamente de techno en actividad en Espírito Santo, Brasil) junto con el internacionalmente reconozido productor musical y DJ SYBEL CALMON, Bitch Bros consigue imprimir en las pistas de danza - sea con Marcelo en su DJSet, o entonces Sybel y Marcelo en una mezcla de Live+DJSet o performance en 4 decks - un estilo agresivo y revolucionario, pero al mismo tiempo muy danzante y enviolviente de una mezcla de Funky/Groovy/Prog/Electro-Techno, o como ellos prefieren llamar: el NEO-TECHNO.
