MySpace a place for friends

Manuel plays drums and guitar since he was fourteen years old, bass guitar for about two years and played in several bands of originals before joining with Joana in the Bitewing project. All over the years he's been developing his amazing skills not only as a musician but also as a composer.

Joana started learning music when she was five years old playing the recorder. She also plays guitar since she was twelve years old, piano since she was about thirteen years old and started playing the flute in the year 2007, although her strength as always been her voice. She sang in several covers bands since 2003 and apart from performing and composing she is also a music producer.

With this they gathered some experience that made possible to build this project, and most of all it made grow the passion to play for live audiences and gigs.

The songs have been recorded between Portugal and England and the music producer is Jo herself.

Their music represents their feelings, their state of mind in the last few years and other possibilities as a director, watching other characters and realities of the world!!
