Established initially as a Netlabel in 2003 in New York City, Bivouac Recording has since evolved into an independent Creative Audio services company specializing in Field Recording, Audio Post-Production, Sound Design, and Creative Audio Commissions such as customized Soundwalks, specific location recordings, and audio installations.

We still maintain the netlabel and are always looking for new and innovative experimental musicians. If you would like to submit your work please contact us.

Bivouac is currently based in Shanghai, China and is independently owned and operated by Terence LLoren.

    It's now available for downloading (mp3/vbr, near cd quality) and also in CD "ICHI"wich is a gathering of songs and field recordings (differently of myspace tracks wich allows to put low quality excerpts) in full quality, customized booklet cd. For more info get in touch. Thanks!
