About me:

I always could identify with Andy Kaufman..s childhood. Grew up with a television as a babysitter & didn..t play outside much with other kids.I used to put on shows in my bedroom theatre for my invisible friends.Used to perform standup comedy for kids at recess.My Mom use to say "Go outside & play with your friends & quit talking to yourself or you..ll get sent to the loony bin!" Use to spend alot of time in the Principal..s office.A tough price to pay for comedy.I..m not saying I am Mr.Hilarious,I am known to be off the wall at times.I believe that laughter is the best medicine. It..a great feeling to make people laugh.I guess a sense of humour comes from teenage angst. I have to admit that I came from a very disfunctional family! It comes from insecurity & laughter to me is approval or exceptance.We only live once accept Shirley McClaine! We might as well go out laughing. Too much gloom & doom in our lives. I was a strange kid.Never turned the same corner that Andy did.I turned my creative energy to art.You name it I..m just about into everything! Pop art,portraits,landscapes,cartooning,comic illustration,Gothic art,sculpting custom Mego figure heads,toys,model kits,some minor film prop work,Pez dispensers,bobbleheads. I currently design children..s sticker activity sets for a local sticker company.Find it fun.Let..s me be a kid again! But my geekish love for film,television & comedy lives on!
