Black Bear Bakery bakes the old world Lickhalter rye breads as well as a selection of organic whole grain breads and sweets. Since 1998 Black Bear Bakery has been a worker-owned collective. We are dedicated to being a different kind of work place that allows its participants to be at the center of a worker-controlled environment. Black Bear is also proud to have community involvement at the very core of our mission. Soon we will be expanding our menu to include a variety of breakfast and lunch dishes and sandwiches. More details soon!
