This show will be over with early enough to be able to catch Delay and The Read at Basement 414 later that night. Both bands won't be playing until after 9 or 10PM. That show is donation based as well so there's no reason not to bring $5 for each show and come support! http://www.myspace.com/theseparationca
So I had a dream the other night that we were living in post apocolyptic times and small cult/clan-like armed villages had popped up all over. I was kidnapped by one that wanted an on-duty face painter for the children, and was kept as a prisoner, expected to paint on call- death my only option if I tried to escape. So I complied to all their wishes, painting the townspeople as spiderman and butterflies whenever they wished, and they started to trust me (I was secretly plotting my escape, obvvvvv)
One day (days passed in this dream), I'm painting a face, armed guards behind me, and I overhear them talking about a rowdy band they had kidnapped (apparently they had wanted a village band), and it went like this:
"We had to kill another one of the Blackbirds today."
"Was it that asshole singer, Justin?"
"No no, we killed him days ago. But we caught another trying to escape today and shot him in the head."
(I painted on....)
"We may keep the others, but what good are half the Blackbirds?"
"Yeah, I see your point. Let's just kill them all today."
After months of talk and preparation, pre-orders are FINALLY available for the debut full length from Norfolk, VA'S Moutheater
In the last year and a half, Moutheater has become known for their dark, twisted take on current aggressive music. Mixing the sounds of past bands such as Tad, Nirvana, and The Melvins with the more modern elements of Cursed and His Hero is Gone while adding in their own flavor, "Ornament" can only be described as "self loathing, genre bending riff worship".
there are tons of different pre-order options, check out our store for all the options
