take 3/4 pounds of nuts. richards sister took an egg white and mixed the nuts in it. then she sprinkled 2 tablespoons kosher salt and 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes and 1/2 teaspoon cumin and 1/2 teaspoon oregano and 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. bake those nuts at 350 for 25 minutes.
what a satisfying snack thanks to hank lazard. nuts have fat but low sugar. inter your net and read the space blodder but dont raise your metal poles.

that show was awesome SAturday at the whiskey taste test. I got two reel to reels of it ...they sound great...you'll get it sometime. My neighbor seemed a little sore the next day but fuck him..he's seen a dumpster fire before I would guess.
