"Welcome to the virtual grand opening of blackcat-comics.com. As many of you already know, the online forum has been up and running for a while now. If you're not registered, do so now! As long as you're at least 13 years old, understand that the views and opinions are not necessarily those of Black Cat Comics, and know that some course language may be occasionally present the forum is a great place to hang out and connect with fellow comic book fans.
Another feature of the site is hold box access. If you need to update your hold in any way (hopefully add a bunch of stuff...) this will get the info to me and allow it to happen as soon as possible. If you don't have a hold, you may want to consider opening one. It's a $10 deposit to start, and enables you to instantly save 10% on all of your new books. All I ask is that you don't leave anything in your box for over 6 weeks. If it stays over 10 weeks, we'll just politely say goodbye. If you can abide by these simple requirements, your deposit comes back after 90 days as store credit, so you are out absolutely nothing. If you're sick of being an hour too late for your sold out favorite book, a hold is worth it.
So explore the site and have fun! We're all excited about the incredible virtual world that Robby has put together and hope everybody has a great time!
