I would like to introduce to you a band that believes in, lives for, and plays nothing but American rock music. This Band is Black Cherry Blue. Black Cherry Blue stays true to their American roots and their American songwriting heroes while maintaining a modern yet timeless sound of their own. Although they only have a short existence, Black Cherry Blue is currently taking Las Vegas by storm building a huge following playing numerous shows all around Las Vegas. As acoustic guitarist, singer songwriter Brian states " We don't want to go to England to make our mark." We don't need to go on a blind tour and come home broke" "We believe you need to become big where you are from and for us that is Las Vegas." That is why we plan on winning over Las Vegas one fan at a time." We know that everyone is not going to love our music but if we can gain fans every time we play, that adds up." Brian considers himself very lucky to be playing with the musicians he has in his band. Cashew on Bass, has been playing with Brian the longest and his pro chops and "song first attitude" make him a perfect fit for this music. Lead electric guitarist Rob E. G. Rob adds so much to the band with his background in the blues and his ability to play melodically and also shred in a moments notice. The newest member of the band is drummer Rick Espejo. Rick has an extensive background playing live in major venues and is solid as a rock behind the skins." Black Cherry Blue" is currently recording their debut album and is playing everywhere Las Vegas will have them.
