Clare, Alasdair and Carole came together in Spring 2008 to create a band to play live in the hotels, halls and watering holes of their own home area in the wilds of Scotland's Wester Ross. Black Cherry is an alternative to pop covers and traditional ceilidh bands, playing cool cocktail jazz with a torchy twist and reinventing traditional songs to bring out the blues.
