It's safe to say that Black Days Down, a quickly up and coming hard-rock band from Minneapolis, Minnesota, is becoming a force to reckon with throughout the Mid West.
Black Days Down is a four piece combining the talents of Brad Whelan on vocals, Andy Reyerson on guitar, Kyle Glidden on bass, and Matt Burke on drums. All of them came together from different locations throughout the U.S. (New Jersey, Iowa, Minnesota and Michigan, respectively) while attending a Minnesota recording school, and haven’t looked back since stepping onto the rock scene.
In less than two years, BDD has completed a number of tours around the Midwest onward to the East coast; a Professional music video; performances with national recording acts including Powerman 5000, Cold, The Drama Club, Killer and the Star, Red, Spoken and Black Light Burns (former Limp Bizkit guitar player, Wes Borland's new project); a spot on the cover of Nite-Times magazine, and a full-length album "Beyond the Threshold" which has solidified a lot of critical acclaim, a spot on numerous radio stations, a feature-length film, and it's still selling out the door from local distributors. The band is set to record and drop their next album late this year after finishing up their two-year straight set of shows. With everything the band has accomplished in the last two years as an independent artist, the horizon looks to hold a very in-demand Black Days Down.
So now the only question is, Have You Heard?
