Welcome to the myspace profile of BLACKFIRE WELL. The brainchild of music/performing arts graduates Tom Strutton and Daniel Fisher, Blackfire Well has been in the making for some 18 months. The co-founders had previously worked closely on less ambitious projects, but felt that they weren't pushing themselves to aim for the higher echelons of music that they knew they were capable of reaching.
In June 2007 the band decided to start putting together enough material for an ambitious debut album; 8 tracks showcasing the vocal talents of Daniel against a backdrop of stirring and imaginative musical arrangements courtesy of Tom.
Journey forward in time and the self-produced album, which the guys hope to tour with in the summer of 2008, is now complete.
Time to look at oneself in the mirror once more and say: 'you do an excellent impression of yourself.'
