Happenstance struck and Kevin, Josh, Carly, David and Nate met at a local Jazz festival in Carbondale, IL. They've been playing oddly structured pop music ever since.
One year after their formation, they were deemed "Best College Band of 2008" by Rolling Stone Magazine and have since opened up for Nas, The Duke Spirit, Eulogies, shared a bill with Bob Dylan, Gnarls Barkely, Spoon, The Black Keys, & Black Mountain, recorded with famed producer Brian Deck, and once enjoyed the luxoury of a yacht.

I don't know if you guys saw this, but in one issue of Rolling Stone a while back there was a huge picture of Carly rocking faces from that North American Music Festival o whatever it was. It's pretty dang awesome. =D
