While Black Hammock has only been performing together for a short time, they have been involved musically with each other for ages. After gathering an eclectic group of musicians and recording the album “Swamp Reggae”, Geoffrey Cravero called upon his holmes skillets Jason Misner and Leon McIntyre, Jr. to bring the album to life. The trio quickly began rehearsing new material stylistically ranging from their reggae-based foundations to folk, rock, blues, and country. Their first several shows featured Miguel Muhr on guitar while Ricky Melendy of The Token Gamblers has since filled the spot. The band is currently on a short hiatus while working on new material and another album. Stay tuned...
