Black Hole Nine is an electro/industrial band from Venezuela formed in late 2008 by members Siva Black (voice, programming, synth, sequences) and Kaiper (guitar, programming, synth, sequences). Being considered as an alternative to everything else that has been seen on the Venezuela underground music scene over the years BH9 is the very first industrial/electro band in the country & plays in some of the most importants music events in Venezuela & recently in México.
On January 1 of 2009 the band begins to showcase his music through the oficial Black Hole Nine myspace profile with the upload of a few demo tracks. Focusing on international promotion Black Hole Nine has been played in several radio shows, paricularly in Spain, Australia, Mexico and the USA. Being the “Featured Band for July” on Goth Radio (Tampa, USA).
On March 15 the first EP, titled “Event Horizon”, is launched freely through Internet. It comes with 5 songs, including “nine” wich has been selected by “Shinto Records” for the compilation CD “Sin-Faktory” , released in July 9 in 2009 in the United States of America. http://www.sin-tech.org/Sin-Faktory.html
On October 10, BH9 release in Venezuela & through their oficial myspace profile their new single “SHINIGAMI”, from their upcoming cd “Velocidad de Escape”.
Black Hole Nine es una banda Venezolana del genero Electro/industrial, formada a finales del 2008 por Siva Black (voz, programación, synth, secuencias) y Kaiper (guitarra, programación, synth, secuencias). Siendo considerada por algunos, dentro y fuera del país como una alternativa a todo lo que ha sido visto dentro de la escena Underground Venezolana. Black Hole Nine es la primer banda Electro/Industrial en su País de origen. Sus presentaciones en Venezuela han llamado la atención del reducido público industrial venezolano ganando algunos seguidores dentro y fuera de su país. Así mismo, Black Hole Nine se ha presentado en diversos eventos de gran importancia en su país de origen, así como en México.
El 1 de Enero del 2009 la banda lanza su myspace oficial con algunos demo tracks, publicitándose principalmente en el exterior, sonando en algunas radios españolas, australianas y estadounidenses. Siendo “featured Band” del mes de Julio en “Goth Radio” (Tampa, USA).
El 15 de marzo del 2009 lanzan su primer EP titulado”Event Horizon” (gratis & digitalmente distribuido), compuesto por 5 temas de entre los cuales su canción “Nine” fue seleccionada por el sello americano especializado en el genero industrial/electro/goth “Shinto Records” para formar parte de su compilado 2009 titulado “Sin-Faktory”, el cual fué lanzado al mercado el 9 de julio de este año http://www.sin-tech.org/Sin-Faktory.html. Este EP ahora sera distribuido en México por el sello de la “Orden del Cister” a finales de Octubre de este año.
En Octubre del 2009 lanzan en Venezuela y en su myspace oficial el single “SHINIGAMI”, el cual forma parte de lo que será su primer disco titulado “Velocidad de Escape”.
