blackjak was formed in 2007, and the band consists of 5 friends who just love to play music!! they're mixture of influences fuses together both rock and blues, which ends up making the blackjak sound. With their high energy performances and their hard hitting, soft touching and soul thumping songs blows anybody away! so come to the next blackjak gig and experience the foot tapping riffs, the ear bashing drums and the eye watering vocals! hope to see you there!
SURFACE UNSIGNED FESTIVAL 2010!!
BlackJak have been accepted to play the surface unsigned festival next year! I know!! its pretty awsome. the event will be the biggest national event we have played since we have been together as a band.
we really, really, really need your help, support, and everything else you can offer us as fans!!
The event kicks off next year, March 14th we will be playing, at a venue called the Jebez Clegg in manchester, its on Portsmouth st. In order for us to stay in the competition, we need fans, and people who are willing to come along as support us on the night. If you are interested in coming along, we will be organising a coach to manchester. further information will be posted about the gig. Also, if you can't make the gig for any reason, you can text the venue to help us stay in! BUT!!.... txting starts today!! so, if you do have a phone, you can text in and give us a massive thumbs up and a vote!!

La Folie are back in town again and we playing at the O2 Academy on Friday 11th of Septmeber! It's £4 a ticket and you get in to Transmission afterwards for free!
