.. - Get Your Own The girls in 'BlackJaQ' Quartet sing four part harmony in a range of genre's, Barbershop, jazz, pop, contemperary and musical theatre"! They each have a passion for music and started singing together late October, 2004. BlackJaQ has achieved so much since, their first Sweet Adeline Competition, just 7 months later, saw them bring home the Champion title, winning Gold with a record score for the Australian Region.. 2006 Convention was spectacular, BlackJaQ brought home the Silver Medal and were very proud to release their debut cd "The Nearness of You". This year BlackJaQ returned to the competition stage and were thrilled to win the Silver Medal title again amongst the best quartets in the Australian Region.

'BlackJaQ' also perform with the dynamic women of "Perth Harmony Chorus". Infact they each are directly involved in the Chorus' music faculty. Perth Harmony are very proud to be the 2007 Gold Medal Chorus Champions and will be heading to Hawaii in 2008 to compete amongst the very best international choruses.
