    Hey, I design siggies in photoshop but you can download gimp for free which is similar or you can go to adobe.com an dget a free trial. I also get a lot of cute stuff like "papers" "embellishments" from shabbyprincess.com its very addicting! I love to design so i fyou ever need help let me know. I updated the nm siggy btw.
