At the forefront of Blackmass Mafia is "The Blackmass Godfather" himself Mikke Nugent a.k.a. "The Nuge", Mikke in 2006 created Blackmass Mafia and since has been thier chief songwriter, vocalist, and lead guitarist. Always with a Les Paul or Marshall layin' around, Mikke is always throwin' down some sort of buzzsawin' riffs or a shreddin' solo. 2008 brought Barry Lawhorne II (replacin' long time bassist Jesse Stakes), and his thunderous low end. Barry brings with him an uncontrolible will to play and write the truest music that he can find, and that has landed him in the world of Blackmass Mafia. In the summer of 2009 Frank Jaz joined Blackmass. Frank Jaz the most brutal fukin drummer ever is hangin with the boys fukin shit up son.
