Chen Siu Mo is our Lo Sifu's cousin and I beleave he is the only one still alive that trained with Lo Sifu. Chen Sai Mo is the son of Chen Siu Hung the uncle that was the primary teacher of our Lo sifu. Paul Chan is a student of Chan Sai Mo.
wow that's great!! so what your saying is that I should start doing some sort of martial arts ha? Jesse told me it's good for relationships that when him and his wife are mad at each other they can always punch it out in the ring!!LOL
oh man your kidding me! next time then when you get the chance then. man that sounds like a nice getaway down there. never been there, but i like it because i see them racing the old toyotas, mazdas, & datsuns like crazy down there!
not much man, not much! basically focusing on helping my friend with teaching MMA at his school and training in his BJJ class. I got my purple belt in around 2 years from this guy. he's from Brazil and hes a beast! hes a good friend too and shows me a new world and to humble all over again like when i started San Soo back in the day. i like listening to these grapplers about San Soo or other arts and beating them at their own game! right now! other than that teaching some San Soo seminars around and focusing on school. hows your training coming along man?
