Black Moon Ritual was formed by former Knowledge bassist, Swingin' Utters and Black Furies guitarist Chuck Worthy. BMR is back to basics for me. After 10 very lucky years of cool projects, joining successful and already signed bands and a few bad ideas I've decided to strike out on my own and play my own material. Make it or break it, this one is my fault. The songs are influenced by bands I was in and bands I grew up listening to. For me Hardcore, Skate-Punk, Heavey Metal and all eras of Pop Rock is what made me want to make music.
This time I'm doing it with guys I've never played with but know are good, ready to get shit done and most of all good guys. We want to write songs we like, play the fuck out of them, and then drink.
