Black Olive is a dream that began long ago in the the mind of Eric "the" Taylor. It is a band,... and idea,... a vision that changes shape and form as time and space dictate. It presented itself to him, and he answered the transmission with glee. It has now grown beyond all expectations and is gathering speed with many mutations. ::: NEWS::: Final Black Olive wrap-up sessions took place in Woodstock, NY at Jersville's brand new location, March 17-20th. Eric conducted all new sessions with Tony Levin, Jerry Marotta, Figure, and Joe Locke.

FreeTime Magazine says:
" A true work of art, the piece is an upright piano, suspended from
the ceiling of the club, and boasts a high gloss silver finish and a
set of angel wings that make it 19 feet long from wing tip to wing tip!
Having caught a glimpse of the work myself, I was first struck by its originality,
and next by the heavenly cool impression it left."
