| About Blackout |
Blackout was originally formed in september 2007 by drummer Tobias and guitarist Thomas. For over a year the band looked for a singer and during that time they did some tryouts but it was'nt until spring 2008 they decided to invite Andreas to the band as the new singer. A bass player was also missing and all tryouts didn't lead anywhere. During all rehearsals and writing of songs, they had a bass player that lived in another town and that helped them out with the recording of bass licks. In spring 2009 he decided to join us and move to the same city (Umea) as the rest of the band. So Blackout is now a complete band and ready to rock the guts out of all who dares to listen. So, Blackout is a band from Sweden, consisting of four guys that creates heavy creative metal.
