Black Reign Recordings has been around since the turn of Drum and Bass in 2004. Originally founded by Mike Brown Aka Ltd Love Token Drum and Bass was at a Vinyl Climactic point, labels had just begun exploliting the internet for what it was worth and many were very skeptical still. Recieving support from many Artists who are now thriving including Screamheads, Bsoul, Xpander, Zardonic, Empire X, Jett and many others. Soon Mike began to venture into the drumfunk side of Drum and Bass and soon began to take interest in other imprint projects. When Black Reign Recordings and 10.9 Audio collided and meshed as one there was was little time for the DJ bag sound Black Reign Recordings was originally known for. Hiring Max Manning former member of New Agenda production duo AKA Celerity was just the most logical thing to do. Quickly reorganizing the marketing plan and utilizing Black Reigns Affiliations and assets Max has swept Black Reign Recordings up and birthed a new uprising! Thus Black Reign LTD was born off the A&R Max Manning & Mike Brown founded a LTD Collective featuring some of the most impressive fresh talent in Neurological Funk today.
