It has become increasingly difficult with current rock groups to establish a link with their origins. Where is the “dirty” sound? Where is the free-style without constraints? Where is the thirst to play, no matter what it costs? If it was lost, Black Soap just found it!
Black Soap, started by Karim and David in 2005 in the basement of a Parisian cafeteria, quickly move to Belgium where they rapidly made an impact on the local scene…the fruit of a long history in love with rock music!
It’s great to hear Black Soap’s epic style, with the inspiring Karim as "guitar hero", Gerald (also in Soulbleed) with his low rolling riffs and David torturing his drums. Black Soap have recently been joined by Fabrice as rhythm guitarist.
Their sound is a very direct rock, with grunge and garage influences, with keys returning us to the punk era! Impossible to remain still in front of such power, rate, rhythm and volume, pieces delivered with rage inside! There is continuously the impression of being in a car speeding towards a wall, while saying to oneself: "this is crazy, go faster!" The proof of their misdeeds in 2006 came in the form of a very promising demo.

Cyrielle est partie cultiver les bretzels en Normandie, ses
petits camarades se retrouvent sans bassiste, Elle sera désormais remplacée par
le vaillant Paco qui malgré tout débarque à peine et a un concert à bosser pour
le 10 septembre (à l’OPA)
Oui mais partant du principe que :
- Sofff pars à New York, fin juin pour rencontrer Seinfeld
(son idole)
- Jl pars en
pèlerinage tout juillet, pour restaurer son kharma en miette, suite à
l’absorption massive de betterave fermentée par les narines.
- Palem a décidé de remplir mille tubes de dentifrice par
jour à Compiègne cet été pour battre le record de Picardie de remplissage de
tubes détenu par…. Andrei Sakaroff (un presque homonyme du joueur d’échecs, les
points communs s’arrêtent là) pilier de bar à Tergnier.
- Pedro est en vacances à Madras où il compte apprendre la
piraterie en lac artificiel (future discipline olympique)
Et que Paco, enfin, s’est inscrit à « l’Ile de la
tentation » pour pouvoir se dorer la pilule tout le mois d’août.
Comment vont-ils faire pour répéter et être à la fois beaux
et au point (c’est que c’est du boulot) d’ici la rentrée
Vous en saurez plus à la fin des vacances (pour les vernis
qui en ont), en attendant une vidéo de la saison 1, qui mérite le détour
puisqu’il s’agit d’un document hetno-historique sur l’attendrissement des
emblèmes nationaux dans le 77.

Je ne pense pas que mon avis soit exagérer, mais je dirais que ce que vous avez montrer sur scène pour le tremplin rock a été la meilleur prestation jusqu'à présent.
Bien joué et j'espère que les résultats payeront pour l'avenir. Bonne continuation et vous pouvez compter sur les 2 groupies pour les prochaines dates lol.
