Black the Sky is a five piece Metal band from Spokane, WA. Formed in early 2008, the quintet has survived numerous line up changes, creative differences, poor management, and in the end has come together to bring you music to the likes of which most bands today, couldn't comprehend.
While keeping the perfect balance of simplicity, and aggression, complexity, and harmony, lyrical content not limited to the trends of today's music, and the unique stylings that each member brings to the band, Black the Sky has evolved into a much more potent, and prominent band than before, and is forever evolving.
To date, Black the Sky has written 13 songs, with more on the way. We plan on going into the studio in early-mid 2010, and bringing you the best of our music, which spans from melodic metal, to straight-up headbanging thrash, and everything in between. With no plans of slowing down, be sure to keep an eye out for us. Because chances are, if we're coming to your town, you're not gonna want to miss the high intensity, headbanging metal/hard rock that will be brought to your doorstep.
