Jan 2004, Oviedo, Florida, BLACK-WATER was formed.
BLACK-WATER is a classic rock and electric blues band. The 5 members, Rich Kaynan, Gaither Kennell, Joel Maher, Gary Washington, and Jim Peach have a combined musical history of over 140 years including composition, recording, and performance.
BLACK-WATER’s focus is song structure and performance. The first thing you notice when at a BLACK-WATER concert is that the songs are performed like fined tuned instrument. The second is the comfortable clarity of the sound system which is not overbeaing so it leaves the classic rock and blues listener ready for more.
