A little band from Dallas, Texas, that has many influences, not trying to labeled as any particuliar style just let the music do the talking. Started in or around Febuary 2006 with the untimely demise of Skunky Johnson, a band that both Rich and Wayne were in, and due to a death in the band(R.I.P. Jack) they decided to press forward and cotinue to make music in Jack's memory. Which is what leads us to today. With the addition of vocalist Randy the three jammed together for several months with nothing more than them and a drum machine to back it up. Originally doing mostly Skunky Jonhson songs, some new originals started to see light. After much thought the band decided to change the name to better reflect the new vibe that was happening, the new name became Black Wax Midget. After jamming with several drummers who did not work out, the Midgets hired on a drummer to help with studio work and to have something solid to put out. Earl, the newest addition on the drums, and the final piece to the puzzle has been solved. Now currently tearing up the dallas/Ft.worth scene with a have to see live shows that hark back to mid 80's hardcore shows. Intense energy with a sense of humor, somewhat sick but still funny, The Midgets are ready to forge ahead and make 2009 "The year of the Midget"
