About me:
The Black Women Playwrights’ Group (BWPG) is a service and advocacy group for African American playwrights writing for the professional theater. The mission of BWPG is to support and promote the work of our members as well advocate on critical issues within the theater world. There is an established need among regional theaters for new artists to explore the African American experience, and BWPG is ready to be a conduit between African American women playwrights and theaters to ensure that the voices heard on the American stage are rich and diverse.
Who I'd like to meet:
Playwrights, Theater Companies, Actors, Screenwriters, Dramaturgs, anyone with a unique story and the desire to share them.

I've missed you. Been doing more on twitter. com/stanice, facebook. com and sistahfaith. ning. com/profile/stanice My friend and fellow Author Marilynn Griffith hosts the network. It has been so rewarding. You will like it there. It's diverse and we encourage one another. Such a personal and anointed experience. Check us out. I pray that your Thanksgiving and all the days after are safe, bountiful and memorable. Perhaps, you know of an organization or a group of folk who would consider making their next event unforgettable by booking me as Inspirational Speaker and/or my one-woman show.
Love, Stanice

What a wonderful gathering of black women who are on the fast track of shattering the "glass" theatre ceiling! It is a honor to be a member of this extrordinary group! Let us take "Broadway" by storm! As my slogan affirms, "One Voice Can Change Many!"
