Blake and Shanna are a soulful acoustic duo that have been playing everywhere together since they met in Mississippi in 2003. The bluesy Christian performers not only play concerts but share a heartfelt passion for leading others in worship. In fact, they are regular worship leaders at Mercy Ministries in Nashville and their churches. Since their move to the Music City they have been playing wherever the Lord has given them an opportunity and are creating a buzz with anyone that hears their sweet harmonies and amazing music. The pair have played for Café Forte, a large benefit concert and have opened for Sparrow Records’ Robbie Seay Band. They have lead worship several times at camps, D-Now retreats, youth rallies and front the RE: Band for Franklin First United Methodist Church events.
Though they have no album to sell or merchandise to promote themselves, two of the duo’s few recorded songs have been featured on the popular worship podcasts All About Worship and Real Worship. Hay guys. When ya'll comin around to play near Nashville or even around Lewisburg. The Young Adult thing has been put on hold maybe even cancelled cause I have been moved to the Music director position at church which means maybe having to give up the young adult ministry.
