The Allman Brothers, The Smothers Brothers, The Neville Brothers, The Righteous Brothers, The Clancy Brothers, The Monroe Brothers, etc.
We’ve been playing together for years now (Pie, Backtalk, Grand Fusion, Nate Day), and music has become a huge part of our family. We enjoy celebrating many genres of music, and our duo is a nice way to play through alot of different tunes. Rob also plays with Doors cover band Riders on the Storm and local rockers The Hedgehawgs. Jeff has been involved with a few projects as well such as Mike Tierney and freinds, Bloomer, and Tom and the Moneymakers.
Our open mic is another project that is always changing and developing. Tuesday nights have become quite a musical experiance. We love it because we don’t really know what to expect from one week to the next. We are at the Stonewall Tavern every Tuesday night on rt. 32 in Eagleville, CT. Sign up sheet available at 8:30, music starts at 9pm and goes until 12/12:30. Performers welcome and encouraged!!!
Hey guys, here's a little clip from your performance, didn't realize I only had 43 seconds left of memory though. Hopefully you will make a recording of this song some day...I love it :)
Howdy Blaney Brothers! I wanted to drop you a note to thank you for taking the time to accept us as your friend, and listening to our music. We appreciate the gesture and are grateful that you enjoyed our tunes enough to add us to your community of friends. After all, having people connect with our music is why we do this. I hope you'll come by often to say hello and let us know what's happening with you, and when you have a spare moment, please visit our brand new webpage at www. crosstimbersbluegrass. com there you can listen to more of our music and find out more about us. Feel free to sign the guestbook! (And if you have any ideas about how we could improve the webpage, be sure to let us know)
All my best and thank you again, Matt (the bass player) Cross Timbers
Aw, thank you! I've been coughing up both lungs ever since. :-( At least I pulled it together for another hardrockin' 15 minutes of Stonewall fame. (Hee hee hee. )
