BLC is a collaborative not-for-profit theatre company that started in 2003 in Texas.
Now it calls Chicago home.

Art should incite the intellect, impassion the spirit and challenge the complacent. Blank Line Collective is committed to investigating theatre both in process and in content. We seek to offer original and existing works by using non-traditional methods including inspiration from other art forms. Blank Line Collective embraces the idea that theatre is a living, breathing body of art.
Vision:
We will seek out obscure and innovative works.
We will make sure that every production is a fully collaborative effort.
We will continually respect each other as artists and hold ourselves to a high standard.
We will allow for growth and development.
We will use theatre as outreach in and beyond our community.
We will not be safe.
