About me: History of the Creation of Bleak World:
An art project that was initially started by David L. Weaver (MetaphoricSurrealist)and has evolved into the project that it is now. It has added another partner named Danny Paterson one of David's oldest friends that he still talks to on a regular basis. Bleak World has moved beyond mere sketches and comic book idea to a full-fledged illustrated book and CD combination where the music goes along with the story as you read and look at the illustrations.
I've also added Jessica Leza to the project as well as Larry Moon.
Jessica will be doing the animation for the project and Larry is helping Daniel with the music.
I've always wanted to do a type of installation art that involves others within my idea. I would definately like to have an art show within a gallery type setting as well as seeing it fully published and marketed around the world.
It has a sound message and overall feel that everyone can relate and get into.
Bleak World Message and a Little Background:
Bleak World is a world thats set way into the future of our own. It has vastly changed from ours and the very makeup of those that dwell here are unknown. The inhabitants maybe strange and a little unusual but have similarities that mimic our own raw emotions.
They tell a story about saving their own environment and keeping life simple in hopes of teaching us to do the some thing before its all gone.
