DIRECTIONS
The Hartland Performing Arts Center is located inside the Hartland Educational Support Services Center (formerly Hartland High School). The building is one mile west of US-23, on M-59 (Highland Rd.). It's just west of Target!
WE'VE MOVED!
We're taking Bled Fest this year to the Hartland Performing Arts Center. We'll be using a new part of the building where there's never been a show. There's a huge stage, and a huge area to dance and throw down. It's not in the auditorium.
WHY THE NEW VENUE?
Meijer Park's new management hit us with a quote for an obscene amount of money, and we were unable to continue in the current format. The folks at Hartland Schools stepped up with an incredibly fair offer, and we've come up with a great layout that will make this the best festival we've ever been a part of.
WHAT'S BETTER?
Besides the fact that we're sheltering you from the potential weather, the new PAC layout will allow there to a better merch area, better food vendor potential, Guitar Hero on the biggest screen ever, and will get you closer to the bands than ever before!
WHAT ABOUT SKATE-A-QUE AND OTHER SHOWS AT THE PARK?
Don't know yet. I'm pretty sure that the Hit the Lights show will remain at the park. Skate-A-Que is up in the air as of this point. Stay tuned for information on that at Fusion Shows' MySpace.
Flyers and everything else will be updated soon. If after a few days you see something that's not updated, please let us know! The only thing we've printed besides a few stacks of flyers is the tickets! Sadly, those can't be changed, so let everyone know what's up!

ABOUT BLED FEST
Bled Fest is coming home! Started three years ago as a house show in Fenton, the show blew up last year and had to move to Westland. However, Big Love's Educational Fest is coming home to Livingston County! The show will be Saturday, May 24, 2008, at the Hartland Performing Arts Center in lovely Howell, Michigan!
Last year was an unprecedented success, with the help of Brian Brown and Stefan Maxx from Avail Entertainment. However, the event got a little too focused on black/death metal, when Bled Fest was originally about celebrating music of many genres! This year, Brian and Stefan have moved on to greener pastures, and Bled founder Ben Staub has partnered w/ local promoter Fusion Shows to put on Bled Fest 2008! This year, we want to return to the roots of the house show that Bled Fest started as, featuring as many genres as possible. We just want passionate, intense, and exciting bands that will work together to make this the best show possible!
