You do what you have to do to make a living, don't be so hard on yourself. My husband has worked nights for almost two years and every year he breaksdown too....it's natural. In my opinion the human body is not designed for that...I hate it!!! If you have any vacation...take it...now would be the perfect time. Again it breaks my heart to see you unhappy...keep your head up
