Wyatt, the Twice Blessed Halliwell, is the oldest of the Blessed Children. Born on the day of the Wiccan Festival of Lights as part of an ancient prophecy, and therefore he’s known as the Twice Blessed – one of the most powerful magical beings. But even if he’s the strongest he’s also the most chaotic of the three chosen Blessed Children to protect the Halliwell's Book of Shadows. Although he’s very chaotic and likes to use spells without thinking of the consequences he’s very down to earth when it comes to protect his siblings Chris and Prue. He runs his mother’s nightclub P3, but even so doesn’t say “No” to a demon hunting trip, no matter how tired he is. In the beginning of Blessed he hasn’t any idea of his true powers which he will learn to control throughout the series.
He gets his first charge – his own sister Prue - at the age of 18 when he moves out of the manor.
Chris Halliwell
Chris is the second eldest of the Blessed Children. He’s the mind of the chosen Blessed Children and is always aware that someone may could find out their true identities as witches. He’s very careful when using spells and unlike his brother Wyatt, he thinks twice before casting a spell. He has to struggle against his inferiority complex to Wyatt – and even more when Wyatt became Prue’s whitelighter. He’s also the first of them three who develops a new power and that helps him push his auto-esteem up. If one of his siblings is feeling down he puts everything aside to be there for them. When it comes to potions he’s always ready to brew them, developing a good hand to brew vanquishing potions for unknown demons. If it wasn’t for him, Prue would have been in trouble for quiet some times. It’s him who always saves her when a spell of hers goes wrong. He’s very protective when it comes to Prue.
Due to the fact Leo was an Elder when Chris was conceived, he’s given the status as an Elder later in Blessed.
Prue Halliwell
Prue is the youngest of the chosen Blessed Children. Other than her brothers she’s not half whitelighter due to the fact that Leo was already mortal again when she was conceived. Her spells don’t truly work as she’d like to and bring her more troubles than do they save her. Luckily she always has Chris next to her who helps her out in such situations. But throughout the series she develops some good spell caster skills, becoming the spell writer for them. She may be the weakest in powers compared with the rest of her family, but when it comes to martial arts no one can keep up with her. She’s a strategist and just like Chris likes to think twice before attacking. Beside her job as a witch and student she also helps Wyatt out in the club. Demons believe she’s the weakest of them – that’s the reason she’s the main target for demons. But due to this attacks she grows in power and experience for the never ending war between good and evil.
Matt O'Connor
Matt is firstly introduced as the simple new bartender of P3 and at first sight he seems a very calm and timid young man. But he soon reveals to know about the Blessed Children’s identities and their powers. Matt was also born on February, 2, 2003 - the night in which Wyatt was born – and therefore he's also a Twice Blessed and as powerful as Wyatt. He's related to another prophecy, one which connects him and Wyatt. Matt has been trained by the Elders and his main Mission is to keep Wyatt good, for the Elders fear he might still become evil. But Matt soon can't live with the secret he has to keep from the Halliwells, specially from Prue, and begins to turn against the Elders. Just as any other Halliwell he never really liked them.
Joey Green
Inspector Joey Green has a very high interest in the Blessed Children because of the many complaints neighbours report to him. He finds Andy Trudeau’s private copy reports about the Halliwell Sisters and is always tracking Darryl to find out something about the Blessed Children. His reasons have nothing to do with the laws; he tries to find out the Blessed Children’s secret for his own sake – revenge. For that purpose he asks his lover's sister Kelly who works at P3 for help. Joey is someone who likes to joke around but when someone bugs him he can also get serious... sometimes even too serious. Luckily he has his partner Caden who looks after him when he loses his temper.
Blessed is my vision of a Charmed spin-off starring Wes Ramsey, Drew Fuller, Sienna Guillory, Adam Garcia and Jensen Ackles as the main characters. Blessed is mainly centered around these characters but not forgetting Wyatt, Chris and Prue's cousins who also will have many Guest appearances. All cousins have their own story told in parallel to the main story, completing it.

It’s 2029. Wyatt (Wes Ramsey) is 25, Chris (Drew Fuller) 24 and Prue (Sienna Guillory) 22. They have been fighting demons for a long time together now; Wyatt and Chris for 10 years and Prue joined their fight 2 years later. The three of them and their cousins are known as the Blessed Children because of their ancestors and the powers they’re given.
Wyatt has become the P3’s manager; Chris is taking Web Design at College while Prue is taking Photography. Soon the Blessed Children have to find out that there're other witches as powerful as themselves and learn about the existence of another Twice Blessed - Matt (Adam Garcia). Joey (Jensen Ackles) is also about to find out about the Halliwells being witches. But his reasons are not law related like it seems, he wants to find out about the Halliwelss for his own sake - revenge!
"It’s been almost two years since Charmed left the air. A lot of fans wanted a spin-off featuring the Charmed Ones kids, more importantly one with Piper and Leo’s two sons Wyatt and Chris Halliwell. Well, now we got one. But with an extra character: the boys younger sister Prue; who we were introduced to for just a second in the series finale Forever Charmed.
But instead of giving her the name Melinda as the writers of the original Charmed series did, Blessed creator, Rachel, gave her the name Prudence Melinda. She named her that based on the fact that the oldest Charmed sister Prue who died at the end of season 3 was so close to Piper, that it only made sense that Piper would now name her only daughter after her beloved older sister.
Blessed has some of the same things that Charmed did. It has the humor that came between the siblings, it has the sibling rivary that sometimes sparked between the sisters and it has the action of the demon hunting and suspense. Not to mention the twists that keep the viewer guessing. But most importantly it also has the sibling bond that the sisters had in the original series.
But, in my opinion, you don’t really have to have watched the Charmed series to like Blessed or even understand it. Most things that connect Charmed and Blessed are explained.
Take the pilot Something Wicca This Way Comes Again, you find out some of what has happened to the Charmed Ones in the past 23 years. You also learn what has happened with the main characters, Wyatt, Chris and Prue in the past years. They’ve become stronger and have now taken over the demon fighting role from their mother and aunts.
After Prue gets a premonition about an innocent she runs into in P3 which Wyatt now owns, they realize that its time to start the fight again, but without exposing the fact that their witches. There’s now a new nemesis that’s trying to destroy the Blessed Children, but he is still unknown to the powerful witches.
My favorite part was a tradition that was kept from original Charmed series. The grandfather clock was broken again in another battle prompting Chris to say “The tradition is alive again.”
I suggest everyone tuning into this series, whether you watched the original Charmed series or not. I promise you’ll really enjoy it. Especially if you’ve always wanted to see a spin-off featuring Piper and Leo’s grown kids.
I give Blessed a 10 out of 10 stars."

"Humorous, unique, realistic, creative, with much suspense and a plot just awesome. These are the words I just can come up to describe the first episode of your charmed spin-off: Blessed. I just love their interaction between the main characters, Prue, Wyatt and Chris, because it really has the dynamic of a realistic and truthful family. I do also love your dry sense of humor and the completely insane and comic situations that appear on the story. The other thing I like about Blessed, is the way you explain what is happening in the story, helping us to picture the scene, like if we were, indeed, watching the show on TV. That is, definitely, and amazing thing. (...)"

I like what is shaping up with the little cliffhangers, it just does remind me sooooo much of Charmed, and if you ever stop i'll be just as upset.
