BAND BIO:
The Blessed Man started his Rap Career and Ministry in the early 90s, moving with a rap group called Gifted Brothers on the Rampage (GBR). As the crew slowly drifted apart, The Blessed Man began to write his own material and generally taking his whole Christian Walk more seriously. Having spent 1997 and 1998 in Bible College, 1999 saw the release of his Debut Single.
As well as a Diploma in Practical Ministry, The Blessed Man holds a Degree in Biochemistry making him well balanced intellectually and spiritually. This committed, practicing Christian serves as a member of the Pastor..s Council in his local church. One of the aims of The Blessed Man..s ministry is to encourage individuals to experience the abundant life that is promised through Jesus Christ. The Blessed man will go that extra mile in reaching, teaching and pointing individuals in the right path. As such, The Blessed Man is committed to visiting inmates in Prison. To date, The Blessed Man visits more than 15 Prisons across the UK.
With a name inspired by the Bible ( Psalm 1:1 ), this 21st Century Rapper is determined to live up to his name. To date, The Blessed Man has appeared on National TV, Radio and Press to include Channel 5, Revelation TV, The God Channel, BBC Radio One , Galaxy FM, Choice FM, Billboard, New Nation, The Voice, Live Magazine and BGM. The Blessed Man has received nominations in major awards to include, Oasis Gospel awards and UK Hip Hop awards.
This UK based artist is gaining popularity outside of the UK. The Blessed Man has performed and ministered at selected European venues. Holland, Sweden. Norway, have experienced the mind blowing ministry of the Blessed Man. It can only get better with more Albums in the pipeline to be released.
