About me:

Photobucket

My name is Cortney, and I have been sewing and designing clothing for well over ten years now. I've always been picky! I started selling on the internet a little over 2 years ago. Since then, I have received hundreds of compliments about my creations.. and sold over 100+ items to folks all over the country! I am a stay at home mama of three beautiful children.. all under the age of 5. (Hey.. we're all about the love here!) We are thinking about home schooling, but not really sure yet. I am married to my best friend and soulmate, Jason for 5 years. He is really the most talented, incredible man I've ever known. I'm loving life.. and as happy as it gets!
Anything else you need to know, ask. I just might tell you.

Who I'd like to meet:

Everybody. Kynd mamas, papahs, sistahs.. other stitchin' mamas.

man!theyre doing that here too! i hate it! i dont like having to pay 5 times more for the same exact fabric ! and hancock fabrics here sucks anyway, we have a joannes as well, but ive never been there. no car. haha. im going to die when (a) i move to arkansas where the only fabric store sells yards for no less than 8 bucks or (b) they finally get rid of the last two rows of fabric they have in my walmart. :( i hate how they dont think ppl need fabric, i mean, just because all these Gucci girls are running around doesnt mean they can hate on the arts! :P

is that kind of like rubber cement? do they have it at walmart? hate to say it but i get most of my supplies there, cheap ass cloth is a good thing :) thank you ma! haha, yesterday was my bfs birthday and i had to use elmers stick glue to do a bear paw on the butt pocket! haha, worked well enough though!

:) oh it would be perfect! not too busy! you can never have too much awesomeness wrapped into a creation! no such thing! hehe. you have really amazing applique skills, i need to figure out where to get the stuff you use under the cloth before you cut and sew, i dont use anything but the cloth and the thread, which doesnt do too bad, but i wanna be able to sew like i draw, id be able to come out with some shit then! do you know if theres something you can use that you dont have to iron the fabric onto? i have no iron :)

Afternoon sweet lady!~ Maybe a simple appliqué on the top of the dress. A white or tan lotus blossom sounds pretty. No need for any appliqués on the skirt. The patchwork will do just fine  I am really excited! I can’t wait to see all the deep earthy brown and green colors. It’s going to be extremely beautiful.
