Sounds Like
A more individual sound is emerging from newer material but, our sound draws alot from whipping boy, bellx1 and u2. The songs are poppy guitar rock with Springsteen-esque arrangements and attention to detail
Dundalk, Ireland band BLIND PILOTS play melodic guitar driven rock, with occasional effects laden synths. Initial influnces came from BellX1, Radiohead, Whipping Boy and U2. Taking their name from The Cooper Temple Clause song of the same name, the Pilots formed in late 2004. They have recently supported Ham Sandwich in The Spirit Store, played their first Dublin gig in Crawdaddy and shared a bill with the likes of the Blizzards, the Electric Penguins, Driving By Night, Dry County, Travega and Heritage Centre, Delorentos aswell as regular pub gigging. They have also played the IMRO Showcase Tour 2007 and the Jack Daniels Set 2007.
