Formed back in 2002 Blind Robbery has taken the Long Island music scene by storm. It started with two cousins; Brian Blum and Craig Adams who have been writing and recording songs for over six years. joining together with Brian Holmes and Matt Jennings they have created a unique style of rock music all their own.
Influenced by everypossible musical genre there are no boundaries or labels to be placed on this band, there is pretty much something for everyone whether you are a fan of punk, or funk, jam bands or hip hop the mixing pot of styles is evident.
Blind Robbery was featured on WBAB 102.3 fm on several occasions and was even a featured artist on the day of the great northeast blackout when the entire Long Island area had no other form of entertainment than to listen to their radios. The band recorded their first full length album over the summer of 2004 and is available for sale @ cdbaby.com or @ itunes, and plans on recording their second full length album in summer '06
But the thing Blind Robbery prides themselves on most is their amazing live show. The versitility of the band allows them to play with all different types of bands from pop music to jam bands to harder metal bands with both acoustic and electric sets in their repitoire. with a energy that is not choreographed or fake and a powerful sound the bands only goal before each show is to satisfy their love of playing music, and to show their loyal fans (and even those who arent) a ass-shakin, wild, drunken good time.
