Renowned for their energetic and tight live performance Blind Sight brings a style to the scene consisting of Bay Area orientated thrash metal and melodic European metal combined with a touch of hardcore.
BIOGRAPHY
Blind sight hailing from the south of the Netherlands, started with four individuals growing up in a musical environment inspired by the mid-90's metal scene. Developing into a tight and energetic live band over the years Blind Sight gained more and more success, building a steady fan base. This led to their first cd release “Lies in Conviction” early 2004. During the following period of time they played all the big venues in the Netherlands, hosted a radio show for the famous Dutch Kink FM Radio and did a successful tour through Spain, Portugal and France.
With the worldwide release of their self produced first full-length album “The Tenderstrike Salvation” March 2006 on Gang Style Records (GSR) the band has been on a roll. The album was extremely well received with nothing other than positive reviews by the national as well as the international media. Dutch leading metal magazine Aardschok says about the Tenderstrike Salvation; “one of the most fresh and original metalrecords released lately”.
Meanwhile Blind Sight has stormed the stages all across Europe together with numerous leading bands like Machine Head, Hatebreed, Pro Pain, Avenged Sevenfold, The Black Dahlia Murder, Darkest Hour, Agnostic Front, Madball, Caliban, Born from Pain, Cephalic Carnage, First Blood and more.
Early 2007 Blind Sight released its video clip "My Demise" taken from the album "The Tenderstrike Salvation" which is being played on MTV's RockZone. At the moment Blind Sight is working hard on writing and recording new material for their second upcoming album. So keep your eyes and ears open!

Nog bedankt van de vette show zaterdag! Ik had jullie al op bevrijdingsfestival een aantal jaartjes terug gezien, dus wist al hoe bruut jullie zijn ^_^!Dat hebben jullie deze keer weer goed laten zien :D. Zodra ik wat foto's binnen krijg van de pers, stuur ik ze naar jullie door.
