Hakkımızda BLIND TOWN on New Metal Style (COLOMBIA)!

Il progetto BLIND TOWN (citta' cieca) nasce nel 1999 con l'intento di uscire dalle barriere musicali e non che soffocano la libera creativita' individuale.
La prima formazione dei Blind Town comprendeva tre membri: Max "Nis" alla chitarra..voce, Manolo "Manu" al basso, e Andrea Perotti "Pero" alla batteria e percussioni.
Dopo l'incisione del primo cd :"For you...Not for me" (2001) totalmente autoprodotto e autodistribuito e recensito su varie fanze locali, quotidiani e siti specializzati e tenendo interviste per radio regionali, il gruppo ha introdotto un nuovo e fondamentale elemento, Matteo Birsa "Teo" (chitarra solista e cori) per solidificare quello che e' nato come identita' sonora da altri definita come nu/metal.
Sono stati presenti all'interno di eventi musicali organizzati sia nel circuito antagonista (vari CSA) che a manifestazioni come l' "AROUND THE ROCK MUSIC FESTIVAL" presentato da Paola Maugeri di MTV, tattoo conventions, e locali vari siti in ogni parte della regione e non.
"Flip Out" (2003) e' stato il 2° mini-cd prodotto dal gruppo sempre registrato presso "artesuono" di Stefano Amerio. Dopo un anno di date sparse in tutto il territorio nazionale hanno dovuto interrompere momentaneamente l'attivita' a causa di problemi interni alla line-up attualmente hanno cambiato il drummer accogliendo Cima gia' militante nei One Day/No Regrets/Shen trovando definitivamente il sound ottimale ed evolvendo totalmente l'impatto scenografico della band.
Ora dopo 5 mesi sono nuovamente pronti per registrare l'ormai imminente nuovo disco che comprendera' 10 brani ed un bonus video per tornare al piu' presto a calcare le scene con una nuova e bruciante energia.

Hailing from Italy, the BLIND TOWN project was started in 1999 in an effort to break the common musical barriers that often smother one’s own creativity. In 2001 they self-produced and released their first full-length album titled “For you…Not for me”, which earned them a “nu-metal” tag, but a simple listen proves them to be much more than this oversimplified genre. In 2003 they released their second disc titled “Flip out”, again self-produced, before taking a short hiatus, and a re-evaluation of their sound.
The band went on to play several festivals and tattoo conventions, including MTV Italy’s ‘Around The Rock’, gathering attention from industry and peers, which saw them undertake tours with Born From Pain, Tortured Squad and Oltrezona amongst others. Now in 2009 they are back with nine tracks recorded at “FEAR STUDIO” under the supervision of Gabriele Ravaglia (Electrocution), Simone Mularoni (Empyrios/DGM), and Maxx C. (Idols are Dead) by marked by their unmistakable style with a blend of eclectic metal throes and twists, on “Scary, Suffered and Impure” released through Casket Music.

“Once & for all" is the title of Still Nasty’s upcoming LP. Recorded and mixed in Crab Studios, in Madrid, produced by José López and Still Nasty, and later mastered in Hollywood's own Precision Mastering Studios, by Ron Boustead, in Los Angeles (USA). A whole lotta hard rock, atmospheres, and a touch of stoner make up these Spaniard's debut, Distributed by Alone Records/The Stone Circle.

Registrado y mezclado en los estudios Crab de Madrid, cuenta con la producción de José López y Still Nasty, siendo masterizado por Ron Boustead, en los hollywoodienses Precision Mastering Studios, de Los Angeles (USA). Mucho hard rock y atmósferas, con ataques del denominado stoner rock, configuran el debut de los madrileños, que cuenta además con interesantes colaboraciones (Marta Ruíz, de Sex Museum/Poliester, Robertez, de Motociclón, entre otros).
