About me:
Welcome Fellows! This is the page of Black Thorn Coven, a community dedicated to educating the populace, especially mislead teens, of the reality of Wicca, Paganism, and Magick.
We are also an Eclectic Wiccan Coven, some of our older members practice with each other over long distances, ranging from Sri Lanka, to the United States. Mostly on Sabbats.
Our Coven Elders have many many years of experience in the religion of Wicca, and other fields mentioned. They are highly knowledgeable, and highly practiced individuals.
We were formed over two and half years ago as a Guild on Neopets. Really only a few members from the original setup still remain, namely the Coven Leader. The founder, Lauren, has resigned, with her second in command, Marius leading now. There are also currently two other members of the Elders Council, Del (girlawrin) and
We are an accepting and loving group, that is always looking for more members. It saddens some of us that true Paganism and Witchcraft has been so oddly skewed in the main stream society, creating negative images, and we strive to harmonize with likeminded organizations and movements so that we can undo this damage.
The goal of this organization is not to oppose any other religion, or discriminate against such. We seek merely to educate and form a world wide Pagan community. So please, do join our forum.
The forum has/will have a community Book of Shadows. Were information, interesting facts, rituals and spells made by members, and countless other interesting bits of info can be found. There is a place to ask questions so that others may assist one another in their journey down the Path. Also, places to merely converse and get to know each other are located within as well.
We are looking to fill two more leadership positions, preferably people who have website creation experience, or image editing expertise. They need to be active, helpful, and at least semi-knowledgeable in general Paganism, expertise in Wiccan practices are highly sought after.
