We are a band committed to writing simply the best music we possibly can. Regardless of convention or genre, we place a focus on quality musicianship and songwriting, welded onto a backbone of melodic death metal that pays homage to, but is never derivative of, our varied influences.

BLOODGUARD have played gigs around the country, from tiny pubs in Loughborough, to major venues such as Nottingham's Rock City and Manchester Academy. They have shared stages with bands of all types and calibres, including :
