Bloodjob spielt brutalen, aber dennoch groovigen Death Metal, der mit Einflüssen aus Grindcore und Black Metal einen eigenen auf-die-Fresse-Sound ergibt.
Bio:
Die Band wurde 2007 von Karol (Bass), Markus (Gitarre) und Simon (Drums) in der Nähe von Marburg/Lahn gegründet. Kurze Zeit später kamen Alex (Gitarrist, Ex-Antagaroth) und André (Gesang) hinzu.
Im Sommer 2008 und 2009 trat die Band auf Hessens größtem, unabhängigen Rock- und Metal-Open-Air-Festival, dem Ragnarock-Open-Air in der Nähe von Marburg auf und teilte die Bühne u. a. mit den schwedischen Death Metal-Veteranen von Entombed und anderen bekannten Bands, wie Die Japanischen Kampfhörspiele und Legion of the Damned.
Im Frühjahr 2010 ging man ins "Marburg Records Tonstudio" in Marburg, um die erste offizielle Demo-CD mit dem Titel "Sculptures of Laceration" aufzunehmen.
Diese ist am 24.07.2010 im Eigenvertrieb erschienen und kann direkt bei Bloodjob-Gigs oder über die Bandwebsite per E-Mail erworben werden!
Zum Jahreswechsel musste Alex die Band leider aus zeitlichen Gründen verlassen, jedoch wurde mit Felix (RapeEul) sehr schnell ein würdiger Nachfolger gefunden.
Anfang 2011 zog die Band mit ihrem Proberaum nach Gießen. Es wurden bereits eine Menge Konzerte in den nächsten Monaten bestätigt, bei denen Bloodjob mit anderen, meist regionalen Bands zusammenspielt.
Am 16. April eröffnete Bloodjob das "Cassel Moshfest" in der "Salzmann Factory" in Kassel, bei dem Entombed, Macabre, Rompeprop und Birdflesh Headliner waren.

Bloodjob plays brutal but yet groovy Death Metal which is combined with elements of Grindcore and Black Metal to an own in-your-face-sound.
Bio:
The band was founded in 2007 by Karol (bass), Markus (guitar) and Simon (drums) near Marburg/Lahn, Germany. They were completed by Alexander (guitar, ex-Antagaroth) and André (vocals).
In the summers of 2008 and 2009, they performed live at Hesse's biggest, independent Rock and Metal open-air festival, the Ragnarock Open Air near Marburg, Germany, and shared the stage with the Swedish Death Metal veterans Entombed, and other well-known acts, such as Die Japanischen Kampfhörspiele (GER) and Legion of the Damned (NL).
In spring 2010 Bloodjob went into the "Marburg Records Tonstudio" in Marburg, Germany, to record their first official Demo release titled "Sculptures of Laceration", which has been released on July 24th, 2010!

Unfortunately, at the turn of the year, Alex had to leave the band due to professional reasons. Shortly thereafter, a worthy successor was found in Felix (RapeEul).
In spring 2011 Bloodjob relocated to Giessen/Lahn, Germany. A couple of concerts have been confirmed for the next months, supporting and playing with mostly regional bands.
On April 16th, they opened the "Cassel Moshfest" at the "Salzmann Factory" in Cassel, Germany, on which Entombed, Macabre, Rompeprop and Birdflesh were headliners.

In vielen Fällen ist es sinnvoll, den Namen einer Band oder auch den Künstlernamen eines Musikers beim ..DPMA.. als Marke anzumelden.
Hierbei sollte allerdings darauf geachtet werden, daß der anzumeldende Name nicht gar zu derb ist, da das "Anstandsgefühl" Deutscher Ämter und Gerichte sich doch signifikant von dem der Musikantengemeinde unterscheidet und die Markenanmeldung vom DPMA wegen Sittenwidrigkeit zurückgewiesen werden kann.
Ein erbauliches Beispiel hierfür ist der Beschwerdeentscheidung "Ready To Fuck" des Bundespatentgerichtes (BPatG) zu entnehmen:

Bandnamen als Marke beim Patentamt anmelden
In vielen Fällen ist es sinnvoll, den Namen einer Band oder auch den Künstlernamen eines Musikers beim DPMA als Marke anzumelden.
Hierbei sollte allerdings nicht auf die Hilfe eines Patentanwaltes verzichtet werden, da ansonsten die "selbstgestrickte" Markenanmeldung vom DPMA zurückgewiesen oder zumindest in solchem Maße zurechtgestutzt werden kann, daß sie keine vernünftige Schutzwirkung mehr entfaltet.
Ein trauriges Beispiel hierfür ist der Beschwerdeentscheidung Real Groove des Bundespatentgerichtes (BPatG) zu entnehmen.
