Founding members Jody Perry and Errol Girvan came together in 2005 at the request of friend and local bizarro über-musician Mark Gaudet to play his annual summer house party. After a few months' worth of jamming, the boys had 4 rough songs to present. Encouraged by the quality of the material, the pair continued writing and rehearsing throughout the rest of that year. After trying out several local musicians to fill out the line up, they fortuitously came upon vocalist Marc Gauthier and bassist Mathieu Bélanger, formerly of the band CLØÑ.
